swap

i need some help please te3ll me what i have to do to fix a code 14 on a ls swap
i cant get it and its killing me everything is in but that f-ing thing is killing it all

IAC Valve, I think? Won't idle? Try to clean it, reset ECU, may need to be replaced?

its in a 1990 civic hatchback im still having some problems im running way to rich and my exhaust wont bolt on and i tried to trotate the catalate converter but the bolts r rusted in place
