i got a 97 impreza model GM4 and my question was that if i were to do any type of upgrades to this car will it have to be a certain type of impreza for some JDM parts to fit on it? when i was looking onto buying new parts for my car they would have all the newer WRX's and STIs and the lowest they go down to is a GC8 which is a 93-01 impreza, my car isn't a gc8 model its a gm4 and its a 2 door. I know that u can drop an STI motor in the car but idk about the other stuff as in the hood or the front bumper. my bottomline question is CAN I fit any type of subaru impreza part on my car regardless of the year or chassis code?
