Default stupid fuel rail question

is there anything in particular i can use to clean out my fuel rails??

this set isnt actually on the car..its going on me and a buddies "spare part motor"
its a 302 if that matters..

just wasnt sure if there is a prefered method or not..

brake cleaner? CLR, use a small pipe cleaner or tooth brush, somethng of that sort.
