Starting problem
You just completely focused your troubleshooting efforts.. I'm assuming that you touched power to the control terminal on the starter, so your problem most likely lies in whatever usually switches power to that terminal of the starter. Just slow down and think about what you're learning from what you're doing.
yea so i feel like an idiot....went out to mess with the car tonight...and we decided to start from square one ....power....turns out the wire was loose at the battery terminal so the starter wasnt getting power
