Starting issue....
Check the battery ground. If you're jumping it with the jumper cable ground attached to the frame, you're not using the battery ground at all. It might be loose or corroded where it attaches.
Get that shit fixed and get rid of it. That 95 Avenger is going to start sprouting problems all over the place if it hasn't already.

I'll check it out tomorrow. So far the car has been great, no issues at all, and it runs really well, no mechanical issues other than this little incident but I'm sure its something simple. Thanks for the help!
Also, a quick check is to check voltage between the ground term on the battery and the frame. You should have basically zero volts difference. If you have anything more that that, you have a problem. I had a similar issue with my WRX a few years ago, and I read about 3 volts from battery to frame. That means there is a major restriction to current flowing through the ground to the battery, and the engine won't start.
