Works for troubleshooting maybe. They're worthless as an air/fuel ratio gauge though.

I have an extra o2 you can have man, i have a wideband on my SR so i dont use this one.

oh yah , i forgot to say, i ran the codes on my ecu and it came up as "55" which means there is nothing wrong. im confused. but the car runs fine now which is weird because my useless A/F gauge is not reading like it used to

The ECU only takes readings from the O2 sensor in closed loop mode, which is cruising and idle. If you're bogging on acceleration (open loop, where the ECU takes readings from things like the TPS, MAF, etc), it's not going to be an O2 sensor problem.

I'm leaning toward a TPS or MAF problem, probably MAF. Either sensor can be off enough that it makes the engine run like crap but not trigger an out-of-range fault in the ECU.
