Default SR20DET Plug Question

I've been looking around on various sites, reading various write ups and opinions. A lot of people say that the NGK BKR6E-11 are fine for boosted cars running at lower boost (( Generally sub-15lbs )), anyone think I should go with the BKR7E's? Oh, and anyone have oil recommendations other than Royal Purple?

SR20DET redtop
SC61 running at ~10lbs ; 15lbs tops.

I use the 7's, but the idle changed after switching but the car dosn't break up in higher RPMs. I ran the JDM once for a month til they crapped out. I pretty much killed the electrodes and they would break up right around 5k. As for oil I run nothing but Mobil 1 full synthetic.

I would go with the 7's. Thats what i use in all of the lower power boosted hondas I tune. I've also used them in sr20's before.

Yeah the BKR7E's(6097) or BKR7E-11's(1283) work fine. I've been using them in a low boost KA and have no issues with the plugs.
