Default spun rod bearing?

Just did a rebuild on my LS and today noticed a rattle at about 2000-2300 rpms. nothing at idle or any higher then that. I'm like freaking myself out over it but keep thinking its a spun bearing. But I've never had to deal with one and the one I have heard was through all rpm's. The exhuast is new and was thinking that thats just rattling, or that my ef is now 20 years old and I'm going to hear shit like that. Advice? Would a compression test tell me anything?

ur fine dude. it's probably just an exhaust rattle. do you have an aftermarket exhaust? test pipe?

a spun rod bearing is more of a knocking than a rattle btw

Yeah big als did the exhaust and yeah its just like a crooshal rattle. I did hear a minor exhaust leak when I popped the hood last night also, I'll put it on a lift today.
