You have a 98 eclipse spyder with a spun bearing? Rebuild it? New crankshaft?

If the bearing has spun the engine should not be run, a new crankshaft shoudl not be necessary however it will need machining and oversized bearings.

mitsu cars with reground cranks tend to wipe out new bearings on high power.... better to go with new oe nitrated or billet. imho.
