Default Someone in NOVA who can fix Car

I have a 93 CX honda civic hatchback with a LS VTEC Swap. I have been tryin to get this on the road since March. I need a oil pump put on, the Vtec hooked up, and a pipe from the header to the exhaust ( about 6 inches) and the Timing Adjust.
Right now the car is located in Dale City and i really cant move it anywhere so you'll have to go to the car. I dont need any bullshitters that DONT know what they are doing. I have put in about $6000 into the Motor already. If anyone can help me out u can PM me.
