S14 Fuel pump relay clicking + other issue
Ok. So I have looked on more webpages than I can remember with this situation and can not really find any answers. I am almost at the verge of burning this thing down.:rant2:
Here is my setup before I go too in depth with the issues themselves.
************************************************** ********
1995 Nissan 240sx SE : Was auto then converted to 5 speed.
S14 SR20det with VTC
Tubular manifold
S15 injectors
Megan turbo elbow
FMIC
Walbaro 255 fuel pump
Greddy E-manage
Battery relocated to trunk
************************************************** ********
Before I bought this setup, the engine was in a 97 240sx. Was wired for this 97 240sx............... Ran 100% fine. No issues at all.
So I drop the engine / tranny in my 95 chassis and plug everything up. (was told it would plug right up with no issues by one person, but another person said it would need a few wires changed around so I do not know for sure)
Car started right up with the way it was wired though....Idled fine and sounded great. No weird noises at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is where I need help:
So I button everything up and finally go for the first test drive.
As I pull away from my house I hear a clicking from the lower left kick panel.
It started out slow, but as I accelerated, the clicking got faster and faster.(directly proportional to my speed.)
So as I am cruising through the neighborhood, I feel the relays down there and I could feel the one that was clicking. I check out the FSM and it shows that it was the fuel Pump relay.
What could be causing this clicking??????
So I unplug it at idle to see what would happen. Nothing happened. It idled almost the exact same and drove the exact same.
Could those "Few wires" in the dash harness (f-plug) be the culprit?
I decided to give a few full throttle 2nd gear pulls on the main highway and as I hit peak boost (16psi), it starts to break up and falls on its' face.
So I didn't really drive it much after that since there was something obviously wrong.
What is wrong in this situation? Could the fuel pump relay clicking be a direct correlation with the symptoms I described?
Please help me....
Any help and advice is greatly welcomed and appreciated!!!!!!!!!!
If I did not provide enough information, let me know.

LOL, I was searching and someone posted this on another forum- thanks eng!

You need to pull up the 95 KA F4 plug diagram and make sure everything matches up.
Oh, eng has the 96 KA plug up there too:
