If you lie on your back under the drivers side of the dash you will see it by the steering column.. VERY common issue with older hondas. if you take them apart are resolder them they will work fine.

yeah, I knwo you can get them through the dealer, but iirc they are like $50-$60

well it's not the relay, the car will start. it just won't run in drive. begining to thin something in the fuel system or A/F monitoring sensors..
