check out team-integra.com its hard to explain... but if you go there and search IACV im sure you'll find it...

yo if the engines runnin up with the gauge then i wouldnt worry bout if its just the gauge then check that rpm sensor it went bad in my passat and it doesnt read right if its the engine then it could be your fuel pressure regulator or the throttle body
