I was was wondering how mcuh do u think it is to get rims filled and redrilling for differenct specs for the lug pattern...

adadpters would only work for a bolt pattern that would fit between your 108mm pattern... probably pretty hard to find.

I would ask the wheel collision center in PA about it, im sure they'd be the best bet.
