The design in this one is so much better then stock. The stock mount when mine blew pretty much just lifted out, making a nice HUGE dent in my hood. With this one you will have no problem!
Thanks for the recommendation. The b20 left two lovely knots (and associayes paint stretch marks/cracks) in my freshly painted hood. Awesome. How is the vibration transfer for those mounts? No problem with undo stress on your other (I'm assuming stock) mounts? Do you have the ac bracket in your car?

A friend of mine just put a b16 with the softest hasport mounts, and they make my balls hurt after sitting at idle for a minute.

yes i think the single driver mount will be a good solution. also, just the driver mount without the AC mount shouldnt be too much vibrations.

also, avid is a good mount, i pm'd you a price for the single driver mount and all 3 mounts.

Vibration isn't to bad, I don't have my a/c any more (god do I regret that) only thing that really rattles is my window because EK windows are teh suck.

this is kind of a side bar but i went to drive one on va beach blvd. and i saw that hatchback they had. you guys know which one im talking about. the different color one. buy anyway when i popped the hood they had a steel plate that bolted to the side of the transmission and bolted onto the bottom of the frame. what was that for?
