Default rebuild question

ok my buddy has a 2000 GSR with a t3\t4 turbo kit at 9si and he lost compression in the #4 cylinder today. My question is, where is a good place to get pistons, rings and head gasket that will lower his compression and will hold up to about 10 or 12psi.

Also what is the average psi everyone is running on there stock B series motors? This motor dyno tuned less than a week ago and MRD, they said that it would be safe at 9psi tuned, do you guys think that is true?

i have a b16 and its running fine on 12 psi, i think a gsr will not have any problems at 10-12 if tuned right.

we had it tuned right and it still popped. 9psi dyno tuned, normal driving. Oh well he is going to sell the car and the turbo kit and get a Sr20 240.
