Default Really need help

ok i have a 1999 honda civic dx hatch with a y7 block and a z6 head y8 intake manifold with a p2p ecu the problem is that i keep blowing my FEI/M fuse under the hood i looked it up and i've read that it was recalled someone said for that problem and there is no answer i can find but it seems like a common problem i keep blowing the fuse ever time i turn the key now m car is stuck on the side of the road and i went thru like 10 fuses trying different ways to fix it also it started doing it a week ago and i replaced the fuse with the correct 15a fuse i found it had a 20 in its place i ran for a little while and today when i came home from work it blew before i could even shift into secound i had extra fuses on me thinking i could replace it and it start but evertime i turned the key it blew the fuse.

no its not the same fuse that guy is talking about the interior fuse mines under the hood but i got a mech. shop to look at it a reall good buddy of mine so ill post what fixed it so ppl dnt half to search so much anymore
