anyways; i have a ls swap in my 91 sedan, my issue is that 64 has been seriously raping my header over the past few weeks.(it is a DC 4-1 longtube)

is there any "shorter"(i guess would be the word) aftermarket headers i could replace it with to give me more ground clearence... shit, i'm not even that low.

i will be spacing up the motor mounts; but i can only go so high w/out creating hood clearence issues.

here's the pic: notice the dents/rust/soon to be holes

This was asked before and iirc there aren't really many options. I've been through 3 of the lower 4-2-1 header parts, specifically because of 264.

The only real option is to get some custom work, and have them shortened.

lol... i'm not that low at all(i have wheel gap); i have new coilovers waiting to be put on which i want to go lower with

ahhh... i do like...

i'm still trying to go lower though and i have only 1/2 inch of clearence now. but i WILL be using this on what ever i find to replace these.

edit: my other issue with that is my crossmember is allready notched to clear the header and is very close(not touching; but VERY close) so i would have to start the plate pretty far down...
