Hey guys just wondering if anyone has any info on this swap i can find tons of info on turbo ka's and sr20 swaps but no one really talks about swaping a RB25DET into a 240sx ive seen a couple pictures of it done and am intrested in getting rid of the old KA. Any links and/or advice would be helpful . . .

 

they had a whole write up in super street or sport compact car a few months back

dont listen to any of them, everyone says that it will cost alot but it wont. i was told that if i wanted to put a v6 into my 240 is would be like 5 or 10k for fabrication and all kinds of shit. i went to a fabrication shop and the guy said he would build motor and tranny mounts and set the motor in place in my car for like $200. thats custom motor and tranny mounts and the engine and tranny will be in the car.

 

agreed cause most people buy everything that is only avaible on the market not what can be made. there are good people out there that will do stuff for fairly low cost. some people just dont know what they are talking about too.
