Exclamation RB20DET Bogging down

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated guys, car idles fine, drives fine most the time, but on my way home last night it started bogging down randomly. Engine has a new air filter, maybe the fuel pump is on the fritz? Help please.

Injectors would make sense, gradual acceleration isnt too bad, but if i put the peddle down too quick it bogs down.

Check your Maf, and do a boost leak test.

Ran some lucas fuel system cleaner through it, drove around for about 80miles yesterday, didnt really seem to help. Ill check the MAF, not sure how to do a boost leak check, i think it does have a vacum leak somewhere, my RPMs fluctuate while at idle. Anybody wanna help me? ill admit it, im kinda dumb about some things.
