hazard/turn signal problem

Default hazard/turn signal problem

i have a 00 si the turn signal indicator in the dash will not blink when turn signal is used it will just stay green no blinks also the same way with hazard lights they both on constant

i dont know if its called the hazzard or flasher relay.


but it deffinately sounds like a relay problem.

did the problem start after you changed the bulbs? if so then its the wrong bulbs if not then its more than likely a stuck relay.

when u turn the turn signal on it just stays green no blinks in the dash and the corner lights do the same thing the rear turn signal just stays on the same way with the front signal

it is either most likely under the D/S dash panel close to the fuse box, or plugged into the fuse box.


I would tell you to listen to it click when the turn signals are on, but you cant do that in your situation.

found relay pulled it out lights still stayed on i know someone with another 2000si pulled his relay put the turn signal on and the lights didnt blink at all could there be any thing else wrong

possibly the actual hazard button, or the flasher relay.

you've already replaced bulbs correct?
