I had this problem on a car I was working before. We did a timing belt and the exhaust turned 180 degress and we didnt notice we lined the cam gears up and everything seemed to be good. And we started it idled good but when we test drove it it have no power. I would pull the valve cover off and double check the cam postions. In my case there was two ways to put the cams in I dont know about the itr but it sounds like a cam is off. Also I would go back and make sure piston one is at tdc again. Retrace your every move it is something small and simple with the timing if you have to break it all down and redo the whole thing.
