Prelude H22 H23 Questions[SWAP]

Prelude H22 H23 Questions[SWAP]
ok yall. well i hydrolocked my 2001 Base Lude with an H22a4 in it. OBD2.
my mechanic said that i could either
A) Rebuild the h22 in the car and hope that it isnt too expensive
B) Swap the motor
im asking you all, because im sure you have alot more knowledage than me.
My car is OBD2, I see the H23Vtec from the JDM Accord.
Is that OBD2? Will it just swap right in? Do i need a New ECU? what would need to be done to the car to make it Run 100% with the h23 in it?
What would need to be swapped from my h22 to the h23?
Also. from Hmotors, they offer a LSD trans, Would this be a valuable upgrade?
Would my axles work with the trans? would my OEM Clutch/FlyWheel?
Also, on the H23. Would my H22 Intake Mani and Header Fit?
