Default Water in the engine help.

I have a 95 civic. So i drove through a huge flooded area and i have a cold air intake. After i drove through it my engine started to bog up. The engine works and everything but now my car sounds like a lawnmower. I believe its misfiring. ideas?

drive through the same flooded area in reverse, this should provide the right amount of suction to withdraw the water from the engine saving the car, and most importantly...the cold air intake
