Prelude brake problem
Car is a 93 Prelude Vtec (all wheel disc) My brake pads seem to be dragging along certain spots on my rotors on the driver rear.
I replaced rotors and pads all around recently because it was necessary, but I also noticed the problem before replacement. I assumed the rotors were warped, but not the case. When spinning the rotors over, they seem to be dragging on something inside the caliper creating kind of a scraping noise. This only occurs at certain spots on the rotor when turning it, not the entire time. (IE. it only scrapes at 3 and 9 oclock on the rotor) Car also does the same thing on pass. front when I make a left hand turn.
I had no LOP's after assembling everything. What can this possibly be?
Edit- pistons were not seized in calipers, they pushed back freely when doing the pads.

Re: Prelude brake problem
yikes. compress the piston again. Make sure the lil guide thing for the pads aren't bent at all that could cause the pads to sit uneven. Heck even check the surface of the piston itself.
