im pretty sure you bleed all power steering..especially if you replace the pump or the pulley..

Whats the problem your having? I replaced my hardline and never bled the system and it works like a champ. Just toped it off and went from there.

okay what happened was i bent the control arm on my 240 and the front crossmember and tie rod so yea i changed my cross member the control arm and the tie rod and i started my car turned the wheel and the fluid started spitting out of the reservoir and then i drove it when i came back i saw alot of the fluid in my drive so yea not really sure wahts wrong

Does your resevoir have a puncture wound? The power steering hardlines on these cars are commonly known to spring leaks but you may need to replace your resevoir if thats whats bleedin everywhere.

well it stop bleeding from the reservoir but its leakin on a line near the housing

well i think its coz i have a hole in my return hose which i think means i have to change it then bleed it coz when i started my car i saw it grippin from there and then the powersteering pump was smoking so yea what do you guys thinks?
