what exactly is new here? variable length runners have been used in high performance applications for a while. harmonic balancing and dampening has been used for god knows how long. tuning a car's airflow by sound? what happens when 5 grams of carbon buildup coats everything? your tuneable sound goes bye bye. same for these nifty swirly polish supercharge-a-ma-bobbers. what exactly is the point of making some complexly efficient cylinder head, then putting all that air into a stock, economic exhaust manifold? makes no sense to me.

Im not talking about dampening(u are getting two things confused) as far as carbon how are u getting carbon build up in your intake track system... something wrong then... but i didnt even go into the exhuast information i found...

kinda funny that the "bad english" is better than yours. its too bad that there arnt a bagillion translators out there. i dont know what magazines you read, but this stuff is in magazines and its old news.

oh yeah. whats this say?
Detta gör att avgassystemet har en mycket lång livslängd. Större rördimension betyder högre effekt och vridmoment genom hela registret under belastning.

lol ok i know the difference between a dampener and a balancer. youre going to get carbon built up in your exhaust ports, therefore murdering this efficient swirl design youre talking about.

either way, this is like sticking a set of ported heads on a stock car with a factory cam and exhaust manifolds. it makes no sense, pumping all this air into a car only so it can back up at the exhaust and rob any power it might be capable of.

what magazine did you get this out of?

oh i dunno it just sounds like something copied from a magazine because its way out of context. youre mentioning these things porsche is doing without explaining the technicalities of each or even the relevance of each. the tuning fork crap sounds like a waste of money to me. more displacement and lift and a better flowing exhaust would benefit the motor a whole lot more than some sound fork tuning thing that will net you .03cfm

just sounds like magazine bs to me, but what do i know

reminds me of that part on swordfish when the guy is goin to the cellar to get some more wine and starts saying "if i route the tcp protocol through the ip packet tellematry" and all this stuff when its a lot of acronyms thrown in a sentence that makes absolutely no sense

boosted2003 post up some links or something

what do you mean by opened wheeled 4 cylinder? because if you stick a good flowing set of heads and a matching cam on an LS1 youre going to make around 550hp at the flywheel. that is spinning to a moderately safe rpm with some tuning.

i dont understand the point of this thread at all.
