p/s belt keeps comin off

i have a 96 eclipse 2.0L non-turbo and everytime i take it past 5000 rpms the power-steerin belt comes off! Can anyone tell me other then dont take it past 5000 rpms.

I have a freind that has that same problem. he just took out the power steering. well we"er going to do that tomorrow. its a 96 also

tighten the bolt tighter, thats really all you can do. is it breaking or just coming off? cause if its breaking you might have it tensioned to tight.
