Default Oil Pressure Switch Eclipse, Help

Anyone know which is the oil pressure switch on a 97 eclipse?? Is it the one closest to the oil pan, or the one farther away from the oil pan? Thanks.

are we talking 420 or 4g63? If it's the 4g63 im assuming your looking for the oil pressure sending unit? The oil pressure sending unit on those motors are up front on the driver side, has a black connector that slides onto a "round" housing if i remember right

The switch I believe is referring to the sensor that turns on the dummy light which would be the other one.

And its "their best" Nick damn it get it right!!

Hey, thanks a lot. I got the oil pressure switch mounted, but not without difficulty!! I had to get an A/N 90 deg. adapter to make clearance for the filter and braided line. The oil was just tapped, and the car will be finished tomorrow morning. By the way, this is a 97 Eagle Talon Sport Coupe w/420A.

Tell you what, I wanna give thanks for the help from the following shops (I don't remember if this is legit in the forum ''agreement sheet''): Next Level Performance and Millenium Autosports!! Both offer great customer service, and are always willing to gladly lend me some advice... Even when I decide to do the work myself, lol!! Star Performance turbo kit stage 2 w/FMIC.
