Oil catch can filling up too fast
My 480cc catch can is filling up too fast, i've had to empty it twice. it all started when i put too much oil in so naturally the can filled up. i changed my oil yesterday. when it was full before i changed the oil alot of oil was geting sucked into my turbo and it got into my intercooler piping (bov shot oil everywhere) but anyways. so my oil level is the same in my oil pan but the catch can keeps filling up. could this be from the extra quart of oil i put in the other day and its just getting sucked into my intake manifold from the intercooler and its getting shit through the line on my valve cover and going to my catch can? this oil looks black it doesn't look like fresh synthetic. i'm pretty stumped though. i get under boost under a load like in 3rd or 4th gear and it smokes like a train. i cruise normal there are no problems. it still pulls hard as fuck, i just dont understand. i know it can't be bad rings because the car doens't feel like its lost power at all. but all this oil isn't good because i can detonate so now i dont even want to drive the car. any suggestions?

Re: Oil catch can filling up too fast
check to make sure your filtered-into-valvecover air source is good. you could be creating a strong vacuum drawing extra oil into the can/to be burnt.
