can some one help me understand offset, and what offset i should go with?

yea i believe offset deals with the width from the hub to the outside of the wheel, or something like that, im not to sure, im about to order my rims

Its the distance from where the hub meets the wheel to the centerline of the wheel. almost all wheels will have positive offset, but it is possible to have negative offset.
