Re: Official Performance Thread: Set-ups, Dynos, Track Times.............
I think that it is only fair that I list my setup as well, so here it goes!
The Setup:
1992 Civic Si HB
B18A Block/ B18B Head
-Crower 404 w/ JG Cam Gears
-Crower Valvesprings
-Ferrea SS Valves
-Cometic Head Gasket
-Skunk2 IM
-64mm TB
-Modified Iceman intake
-JDM ITR 4-1 header w/ 2.5" collector
-No Cat
-2.5" custom piping and exhaust
-P30 B16 Pistons
-Stock Rods
-GSR Tranny w/ LSD
-Exedy Flywheel
-Clutch Specialties 6-puck clutch
-SAFC2
-Chipped P75
170.3 WHP @ 7400, and 135.4 FT-LBS. TQ @ 5900
No track times yet, but these are estimated times with the new Gtech-Pro RR on street tires! Track times will be confirmed at the track this weekend!
0-60 mph: 5.09 sec
60':2.224 sec
1/8th mile:8.873 sec @ 85mph
1/4 mile:13.53 @ 106 mph
HP:172 hp @ 7543
G's(acceleration):.63 G's
I have some more plans for this motor this year and will be putting alot more power to the ground. Plans so far include headwork, 1mm oversized valves, ITB's, a real custom exhaust manifold. And possibly but not set in stone yet; CTR Pistons and Crower 405 cams plus a few more tricks that I will not mention at this time!
