OE generally means Original Equipment, i.e. the stuff you buy at a dealership. In the case of Advanced Auto, it looks like they're selling knock off parts that are literally OE Brand (i.e. an aftermarket brand called OE)

Usually they're OEM replacement parts, not the actual OEM parts that you'd get at a dealer. That doesn't mean they're poor quality but you don't necessarily know what you're getting, unlike going and getting a set from the dealer.

You should google this. I lol'd when I saw it. Apparently Advanced Auto is selling some brand of parts called "OE Brand." The name is just that "OE" and has nothing to do with "original equipment"

I have made many comments to my ADV rep lately about the naming of offshore aftermarket parts as OE Brand.

That being said, the quality of them is pretty decent.
