Jesus christ! So if a Supra TT is 26K, then a similar NA would be $6K~$11K ?!??! Yeah, that's a big difference. In that case, I would just buy one with a blown motor and decent body; buy new motor and all turbo parts...have better car for less. Either way, you're still gonna need a shitload of cash for the turbo stuff.

just looked at different supra sites, it was a while back so sorry i don't have a link

honestly, it is better to just get the tt
because if you think about it by the time u get a motor, computer mounts and transmission from a tt you're lookin at about 12k

you can't even use the turbo kits made for the tt because cylinder head manifold mountin is not the same neither are the clearances...smaller fuel injectors....ah this is depressin me

the only thing i found that wasn't too expensive was the na-t conversion which is about 5k. that isn't bad at all but it only puts out 375 hp....TOTAL...which is totally pointless when the tt puts out 320 stock...

man forget an na go for the real deal they have a much better foundation for modz.

also the price dif between na/tt is not 15-20k
nas go for around 14-20k dependin on miles, mods, and title history...

you can find some cheap tt supras you just got to look. there was an rsp not too long ago, 58kmiles, rare hard top, leather int, 6spd...only 22k i truly missed out...

uhm if you find a na for 6k let me know, i'll buy it...it jus doesn't happen dude

the avg is 14-20
and 20 is the crazy ass ppl with low ass miles that don't realize u can get a tt for that price...

i have seen a couple over time around the ball park of 13k...but no lower than that

Hmmmm...if only you could get a loan for a regular priced Supra, buy the blown motor one, and use the rest of the $$ for the swap/turbo.....too bad things don't work out that easily.

EEK, just hold out for a 5speed Turbo Supra.
i may have heard wrong but, lenny did a conversion didn't he?
i believe he said $3500 and that it was going well

also..i thought we were talkin about mk4s...mk4tt don't come in 5speed, only auto or 6spd
