New headlghits/lenses

i wanna get some HID's and ive got a honda. people keep saying that its got alot of glare unless you get a certain type of lense or light thing. any1 know what i need? ive got a 96 civic.

People are saying you would need projectors, but I have a 92 Integra GS-R with 10,000K Bi-Zenon HIDS and never got pulled over and passed inspection to.
