yeah last summer, i was sohc turbo in my 97 civic. shit wasnt fast at all, so i took the drag gen 3 turbo kit off (FYI that turbo kit was 3,000 bucks) and i swapped the sohc for a 2000 LS motor. then put the turbo kit on that motor and holy shit was there a difference. shit was pretty fucking quick.. if u expect to turbo ur car and be fast without spending over 1,000 dollars i sugguest u stop right here and get outta the car scene cuz it isnt working for you..
