I have a 93 civic DX auto
putting in a 98 EX auto

I have a p28 auto ecu

I need info on wiring the motor and mainly the tranny.

THere are 5 plugs on new tranny and 3 plugs on old tranny.

I was told to use the old wire harness and old distributor.

Then only need to wire vtec solenoid to ecu and an oil switch.

what are you trying to swap out??//the tranny??? or the motor?or a complete swap?

the 98 auto tranny will not work due to the fact that it has an electronic kick down selonoid, whereas the 92-95 autos have mechanical kick down cables. get my drift?
