1. Never put that many question marks in a row ever again. One at a time.
2. Use periods more frequently, however still only use one at a time.

That being said, it would be better to build an engine since it'll be new, have stonger internals, and you'll have a better understanding of how an engine works after seeing everything go together.

I agree. Build your engine, not only will you have a greater understanding of how the engine performs internally, but you can build it to whatever specs you desire & you will appreciate it more if you do it yourself. Just make sure you do all of your research before hand; that includes making sure everything is compatible (don't want a piston to eat a valve), and knowing exactly what needs to be done before you begin.

if you have the option to build why would you not do that? silly question imo.

yea you can do so many things with b series blocks, it would be stupid not to build it.... i dont know about with b series blocks, but i know with h series blocks in essence they are the same thing, the difference in the h22 and the h23 is the longer stroke in the h23 thus making it .1 liters larger....maybe u could so something like use type r internals along with a type R head...or maybe that is physically not a possible thing to do, i dunno, but build it anyway
