agreed same thing happened to me, i got gas left the gas station and caught a light, when the light turned green i went of course shifted into second and the car shit on it self, it jumped one tooth of timing.

when you jump like that tho that usually means a new belt correct?

If the belt is worn enough that it is able to jump a tooth, it should definitely be replaced. Even if it isn't worn (and the problem is related to belt tension) it should be replaced after it jumps, because that causes local damage to the teeth. I can't say I've really been impressed with Honda timing belt tensioners though, there is too much room for error and things to go wrong.

yes deff replace with a new belt, and as fabrik8 said the timing belt tensioners are crap, and would replace that also while you are in there, dont forget the water pump also while you are in there

Alright sounds good.... is the belt hard to put back up and will i have to adjust the timing or what? im really big into DIY so if you could point in a good write up that be great im searching google now.

there are tons of DIY info on hondatech, and i wouldnt say its hard to do, more a pain in the ass.
