i have a 90 integra rs...i had the car running for about a week now cuz i had to fix a rod knock and had to replaced the distributer. it was running good for a week then yesterday i got home from work using the car and decided to put my cd player. after the job was done, i noticed that the car used to have an alarm and all the wiring that came with it was still there i cleaned it up by taking the alarm out then tried to start the car it cranks but it wont turn over. i check and it didnt have spark, i replaced the relay and its getting fuel. i took the distributer and had someone test it out for me and its good. im running out of ideas trying to c if anyone ahve any idea on what the problem is or if anyone know about alarm systems....I REALLY NEED SOME HELP

Most alarms have an ignition interupt so if you removed all the wiring you'll need to figure out which wires those are and re-connect them together.

 

i reconnected the wire ur talking about that connect to the ignition...(its a black wire with a white stripe)...anybody/any other ideas on what moght be wrong wit it?

 

Are you getting 12volts at the possitive side of the coil with the key on?? If not try wiring it straight to the battery (temporary) so you can test if it fires up and gets spark that way.
