Need help putting hood pins in carbon hood. I'm not too comfortable drilling a carbon hood.

I also need an a/f guage,EGT guage and probe, and a coolent temp guage installed and connected. If any one could help I would appreciate it and can pay if not too steep.

 

The carbon fibers coat is prone to chipping when drilled I can't remember what you are supposed to put on it when drilling I just have always drilled slow and had no probs.
