Default need dsm help bad!

well i got the news that my ecu died in traffic and that my rebuild on the ecu did work but some reason my timing is now off by 7 teeth and most likely my valves are bent. does anyone work on these cars and are willing to fix my car for me. as soon as i get it running i am selling it. tuners edge has the car right now but ofcourse any price is pretty much out of my ball park. let me know what you can do and what you charge.

me thinks it wasnt the ECU to start with, but you timing belt jumped, it jumped back from cranking, and then finally took a shit.

new head, tbelt, tensioner, water pump and be done.
