Default How bad are DSM, and be honest

Ok so im thinknig of sellnig my current car and getting a new one. So far iv been thinknig about GS-t or GSX, a GSR, s13/s14 with an sr20 swap, or a 5th gen prelude, o and also a k20 hatch......But my main question is are DSM's really as bad as peopel say they are. I know there known as the onyl car that will break while not running, is that exagerated or true. Any help or sugestions would be appreciated

Graham, you can't type for s***.

Step 1: Sell the M3
Step 2: Buy a k20 hatch and put the remaining money in the bank.
Step 3: Be happy.

A k20 hatch will satisfy your needs for speed. It may be not be as stable as the M3 up top.. But I believe it will go just as fast if not faster.

Plus you can pick up a clean k20 hatch for 8-13k

Chris, this is a perfect example of why you don't get a DSM.
