Like a 10.2 or less, i.e 10.1, 10.0, is a big difference in time when you're getting that close to breaking into 9's... that was almost more like a very broad/generalized statement. My car is like a 13.2 or less, or 13.4 or less something around there, "But it's almost a 12 second car!!". See what I mean? It's all in the tune, not everyone with a turbo k-20 will be in 10's.
