Check your dizzy and the sort first. Make sure there isnt any fluids coming out of the exhaust manifold(water/oil). From what you've said, it could be almost anything. GL
Sounds like a fuel issue. As stated. I'm thinking fuel pump. 
First check to see if you have fuel.
Then check to see if you are getting fuel at the fuel filter.
If not I would say check your fuel pump relay if it has one. Then the pump itself

same thing happened to my teg last winter.. the cat was clogged..
when it was cold it would start, but once it started to warm up it did the same thing urs is doin..
drop the exh. and try to start it up (provided u have already checked for fuel/spark)

Or you could just take the timing cover off to make sure the belt is still attached. Remember, you dont want to go cranking on a honda motor like that when there might be a broken timing belt.
