Default Motor shaking

Car is a 99 Honda Civic with a b18b1. I noticed that spark plug wires where wrong on the distributer, but the car ran fine.

From what haynes says its
23
14

Mine set up now:
43
12

After i changed them to what haynes said it started shaking really bad. I put them back how it was before, the car idles fine and its not missing at all.
I also just installed a 4-1 header but the header doesnt line up with the cat could that be the reason for the shaking?

And no its not my motor mounts, because i just installed a brand new mounts. Not more then a month ago.

Anyones help would be appriciated.

no you have to make sure that you are looking at the firing sequence for a the right motor B-series and D-series firing order are NOT the same. I did the same thing with my GSR until I looked at the correct page with the B-series firing order!

No the book was wrong. It was off by 2 cylinders.

your book must have a typo or something b/c in mine there are 2 firing orders listed one for D-series and another for B-series on different page! but oh well you got it fixed!
