Default my car shaking/vibrating?

Ive got a B16 in a CRX and i just recently bought brand new axles for both sides(had the JDM axles in before) and now i have a really bad shaking/vibration when i make a right turn/going straight, but when I make left turn, its fine. Its definatley coming form the left side. The car had an alignment done yesterday. Its a Y1 tranny. Any ideas?

probably the inner joints on the axles bad like jeremy said. i see it all the time at work. take the new axles out and bring them back as defectives. i've had quite a few reman'd axles end up being bad right out of the box so just because they are new don't rule them out as being bad.
