Ls/vtec code 16

my friend did an LS swap on my OBD1 Hatch and now were having problems cause theirs a check engine light and everytime we check it its telling us CODE 16 and it supposedly the injectors i havce an h22 injector 280cc and we also ran the stock LS injector and its still throeing the same code and we tried the ECU on my friends GSR with a jumper harness cause his was OBD2 and it ran fine so does anybody have any idea whats going

do you have them plugged into the correct injector ?, each plug with a certain color wire goes to a certain cylinder number injector. and also, what year prelude did the injectors come out of ?

Run the stock injectors... And you either have them plugged in wrong or something is shorted in the connection.

do you have the resistor box hooked up?

doesnt need a resitor box theyre not peak and hold but i did run the stock one and its still doing the same thing were checking the wiring but evertyhing should just plug in everything i have is OBD1 this is why im so confuse why all this stuff is happenning
