-Rod Bolts
-Rods
-Head studs
-Crankshaft bearings
-GSR oil pump
-Type R or aftermarket Springs/Retainers

The rpm range you're talking about gets expensive quick. You'd be better off getting a lightened flywheel, head studs, rod bolts/bearings and forgetting about the rods and springs...

But that's just my $.02

The type R oil pump has the same part # as the GSR.

Getting your crank balanced would be much easier on your engine, that's a good idea...

8200 really isnt much. forget the bullshit this is really all you need

b series VTEC oil pump
ARP rod bolts
shotpeen the rods and do new rings/bearings while it's apart
and get it all balanced. get a vtec water pump too
