Default LS motor swap problems (motor won't turn over!)

recently put my ls motor with b16 tranny in my dc2 shell. Everything seems to be wired right but the motor won't even turn over! The battery is fine but I dunno what else could be keeping it from turning over! Haven't been able to check to see if the starter is bad yet. I was told it could be the starter bein stuck in the flywheel and keeping it from turning over but if anyone else knows what else could be causing this problem please help me out!

start by cranking it over by hand, if the starter is stuck engauged it will have a chance to pop back. also it will tell you if the engine has an internal problem.

more likely, i would expect a starter solenoid wire, or some other wireharness disconnected.

it could be the ignition fuse in the engine bay

Check the main power and ground leads, and that the starter wires are hooked up. I'll be willing to bet it's something simple that you're just overlooking.
